BofA CEO for a little longer
Ken Lewis is a masochist
who's acting suicidal,
An egotist who, while he's got it,
loves to flaunt his title.
With Bush gone who's his equal
at shooting his own foot?
It's not for lack of trying
that he's not yet kaput.
Why did he look more nervous
than the others when they grilled him?
Was he feeling that much guiltier?
Had his nurses over-pilled him?
Was he shifty-eyed because of all
the billions he had lost?
Or because of what more months of his
mismanagement would cost?
He rushed to purchase Merrill,
after Morgan Stanley passed,
Fearing Moodys Triple A's that over-priced
would never last,
Nor would TARP cash to lavish
on so many Merrill boys
To ensure the public ridicule
a masochist enjoys.
Now he's hoping private jets
plus his insistence Cuomo shove it,
Will guarantee he goes to jail
where he's been told he'll love it.
