Who'll argue for a bank's existence and salaries it pays its board If ev'ry dollar that it's given is simply added to its hoard? Why not set up a Bank Obama? Relieve banks of their need to lend. If loaning money's its sole function, how long before banks comprehend Their need to get their acts together and figure out how they can loan More of the money they've been given and not just keep it for their own?
