Enough PriceWaterhouse?
Private health insurers? Lobbyists? Congressman?

Is universal care enough?
What we need's cost-cutting stuff
To get health care this nation can afford.

Obama's overly concerned
With making sure no stone's unturned
In trying to get ev'ryone on board

But health care lobbyists have vowed
Reforms like his won't be allowed.
Where would the profits they're paid with come from?

How could PriceWaterhouse be paid
To generate reports that aid
Insurers who'll bilk us till kingdom come?

"Maintain the status quo," they cry.
"Stuff ballot boxes like Karzai."
"Buy ev'ry congressman whose vote could count."

There's just one way to turn the tide
Without a Congress on our side:
Refuse to pay your premim amount.

How long before insurers fail?
This time around there'll be no bail.
But will a public option be enough?

Enough so those who obfuscated
Are totally repudiated?
Enough to get the Congress off its duff?
