Peter King wants so badly to stay in the news But that's terribly hard when he's barely third string. Yet strangely enough he seems to love torture, And pro-waterboarding keeps his hat in the ring. Though he claims to give credit where credit is due, He's forgotten that Bushie couldn't get the job done. It took more than a few years of sanctioning torture And Bush was essentially back where he'd begun. That doesn't matter to Grover's disciples. His doctrine is sacred despite the outcome. And two torture apologists, Steve and Pete King, Have continued to beat their waterboard drum. Are they both liars or just misinformed? Have they spent way too much time watching Fox News? Will the public responses that they're generating Be anything puppeteer Norquist can use To reduce the tax burdens afflicting the rich? Or are they lies that will most likely backfire? Should we hope that he also has The Donny's backing And is somebody NBC or Fox News will hire.
