But years ago McCarren passed a law so antitrust Would not apply to AIG or Blue Cross's uppercrust. We need an act of Congress to make McCarren null and void, But that isn't going to happen. Look by whom Congress is employed. Campaign contributions from McCarran's biggest fans Quickly put the kibosh on antitrust enforcement plans. As long as Blue Cross owns the Congress, their only competition May be from Rahm Emmanuel who belatedly is wishin' He'd done campaign finance reform before the uninsured And TV audience went through the farce we've all endured.
