This may be our last chance to prosecute Moody's And Standard & Poor's before they do us again. Put the the bums out of 'business' for their corporate mischief And the ratings they sold to Wall Street's vipers' den. Ratings they're warning they won't sell to Obama If his opponents continue to balk At reducing tax loopholes for their corporate sponsors By calling them taxes Nanny wants them to block. "No longer appropriate" is what Moody's is saying Of U.S. credit ratings if payments are missed. But how long has it taken to "adjust" CDOs So that flimflamming brokers would cease and desist. They haven't and won't for as long as they're paid By flimflamming artists they partially trust. But they see Eric Cantor on one side of the table And marvel that it's taken this long to go bust. How many lies has the man promulgated? How many agreements has he walked away from? How can one person be so damn hard to deal with? Is this what comes of living under his Nanny's thumb?
