It's like universal health insurance you'll be forced to buy Unless you're in the Congress or your last name is Karzai, Or you're a bottom-kissing lobbyist who's been assured by Max That Rangel will exempt you all from any tissue tax. Max claims the fines are minimal: a dime each errant blow. They'll be counting unused tissues if you're wond'ring how they'll know. Of course the only tissue source is going to be Blue Cross, In case you've any doubts concerning who is Max's boss.
