No Lights Out For DeMint? (Keeping South Carolina's electric lights burning) Will DeMint help reduce electricity bills? He's for leaving lights on just as long as they can. Why turn them off if they'll turn them on later? Nor will fans be a part of some long range Fed ban Despite any ruckus cooked up by DeMint So South Carolinians will feel self-sufficient Choosing between light bulbs that reduce their bills And staying with those that are far less efficient. Power companies are happy to fund Jim Demint And burn dirty coal provided it's cheap, For as long as DeMint can block cap and trade, But not the profit percentage they keep. Since freedom of choice for the user's important, Why not freedom to charge as much as firms need To buy politicians like DeMint and Joe Barton So ripping off users can be guaranteed?
