Norquist, The Nanny
(Still trying to play the Guilt Card)

When will the United States Congress wake up
To the realization Grover's power's superficial?
How did he get the role of Congressional Nanny?
It sounds great to some but it's hardly official.

Will he take the blame when the nation defaults?
Even history's finger rarely points to the nannies.
It's the pledglings who'll feel our immediate anger
For refusing to remove their heads from their fannies.

Most were elected to show some discretion.
The oath that they took was to The Constitution.
The "Pledge" that some signed was a political promise,
Made to be broken, a New Year's Resolution.

No one ever expects politicians to do
Whatever it is that they say, swear or pledge.
We know that their sole concern's getting elected.
Why not sign with Grover if it gave them an edge?

For the only card Grover can play is the Guilt Card,
And we've seen how far that goes with husbands like Vitter.
Wherever he travels the Madams all love him
And arrange to rent Vitter the pick of the litter.

So now is the time to start laughing at Grover.
He's served his purpose. They're now media stars.
No way can one Nanny control that many pledglings.
It's time he joined Abramoff behind prison bars.
