Isn't it clear that the best lame duck tactic Will be to say 'No' till Mitch runs out of gas Persuading Tea Partiers that earmarks for Kentucky Will be more stimulating than what Calvin Coolidge Left Herbert Hoover – and Bush left Obama – And as symbolic as his Ted Stevens bridge.
