They've Got Balls
Private health insurers, drug manufacturers, Ms. Palin, et al

For private insurers the PR
Is something that couldn't be bought.
Ev'ryone talks health insurance
Unaware what they'll get or they've got.
If insurers keep Obama stymied
They can keep doing their thing.
Ay, ay, ay, ay,
They've got balls, they've got balls,
But, unlike Ms. Palin, they're king.

MRI machines purchased by doctors
Find the uses they're put to profuse.
Reimbursement for each radiation
Has led to substantial abuse.
Patients are starting to light up
In ways that had not been foreseen.
Ay, ay, ay, ay,
They've got balls, they've got balls,
That take on an incredible sheen.

It's as costly as using a Sears Card
On which Citi has doubled the rate:
Thirty point nine on your balance,
And many more points if you're late.
Banks and insurers have panicked,
Afraid new restrictions will start.
Ay, ay, ay, ay,
They've got balls, they've got balls,
Whose maintenance is a black art,

Pursued by Congressional henchmen,
Determined to remain in power,
Who have found that in order to do so
Their status quo mustn't turn sour.
Like Iraqis remembering Saddam,
Hating Bushie for making him swing.
Ay, ay, ay, ay,
They've got balls, they've got balls,
And, just like Ms. Palin, no king.

Why should the CIGNAs and Aetnas
Decide if we're covered or not?
Whether Mommy will get a transfusion
Or be rendered to Gitmo and shot?
Why are the Pfizer and Merck deals
Engineered by the White House allowed?
Ay, ay, ay, ay,
They've got balls, they've got balls,
But, Hell, it's the same goddamn in-crowd.
