Apparently not many thought you had a clue. Ignoring your party affiliation was dumb. Nebraska's Ben Nelson will get his comeuppance, too. Being unanimous wasn't important? Were you really that certain that you guys knew best? 'United we stand but divided we fall' As 'Hell, No' John Boehner is quick to attest. What you thought was right, didn't count then, And doesn't amount to a hill of beans now. You're no more influential than any of us… Wouldn't it have been more worthwhile to kowtow? Then next time around offer up some amendments? At least you might still have an insider's chance. But you chose not to vote in the way we intended. You lost your seats because of more than Rand's rants.
