Up The Creek
Being sung about Andersen's Accenture
to the Kander & Ebb tune

"I Move On" from "Chicago"
(When trukin' down the road of life…I just move on)

What a shock when Kenny Lay found
    things were looking bleak
Because of Enron's surreptitious
    bookkeeping technique.
They needed Arthur Andersen
    to audit tongue in cheek,
Before the SEC discovered
    they were up the creek.

Accenture's predecessor learned that
    dancing cheek-to-cheek
    was not thought magnifique,
Yet it took Tiger Woods to show
    whose DNA's so weak
    they too'd end up the creek.

Just before Enron blew up,
    guess who split in two
So Accenture could perform
    its feats of derring-do,
Advising banking institutions,
    and the Tiger, too,
How not to let the public know
    how many they would screw?

Like Andersen, Accenture's found
    it, too, can spring a leak;
    its DNA is weak;
    its Tiger is a sneak;
    and both are up the creek.
So if you don't mind getting screwed,
    just turn the other cheek,
    and send the lads a paddle
    up the creek.
