Where Will They Hide?
(With their spouses and children?)

Where will Ms. Bachmann and Cantor et al.
Hide after the national default begins?
A default they're either convinced won't occur
Or for which they are playing "so-Rome-burns" violins.

Ms. Bachmann has argued default's not a bad thing,
That more unemployment would help her campaign,
That if Congress should fail to raise the debt ceiling,
Prioritizing could mean we'd all feel no pain.

Except for four years of the homophobic
Ms. Bachmann
's version of the G.O.P. brand.
Which could signal the end for flakes like DeMint
Whose fights for default could get the 'man' canned.

Along with the Mortimer Snerd G.O.P. dummies,
Rick Crawford, Bill Huizenga, Tim Walberg, Mo Brooks,
Who don't give a dman if it hurts their re-election
But will when it devastates their pocketbooks.

Tea party Death Panels? Old folks can't survive
Without their Social Security checks.
And they'll not be the only ones swearing off Tea
If it causes the mother of fiscal train wrecks.
