Obama's Gulf War –
Yodeling 'Dixie'
vs. 'God Save The Queen'

Transocean employees have started to yodel
In preparation for escaping to Zug.
They're hoping to emulate Roman Polanski,
By fleeing the scene to stay out of the jug.

But their escapades on behalf of the British
Led to disaster and much blame denying.
If they all took the Fifth, what would it matter?
But BP hears their yodeling as crybabies crying.

And can't stand the fact that they're yodeling 'Dixie'.
BP thinks it's defeatist – to hell with PR –
Not realizing that 'God Save The Queen',
Thanks to them, would elicit a hardy har har.

Who wants to be laughed at on the way to the gallows?
If Romans can do it, can't Transocean pull strings?
But yodeling 'Dixie'? Won't Rangel charge more
To get them off before the House clips his wings?
