Sung to the tune
"Do You Know What It Means
To Miss New Orleans"

We'd rebuild New Orleans,
But won't have the means –
My tax cuts will interfere.
Although it's not fair,
The rich are who I care for –
They're there for me every year.

While the media whines
About the gas lines
My policies helped to bring,
They soon will see
I can't stop the Mississippi
From making a new bathtub ring.

To rebuild New Orleans
When I've wasted the means,
Is not for the faint of heart.
Of whom am I fonder?
I'd much rather squander
More on white people of means.
