Sung to the tune
"You're The Cream In My Coffee"

They're the needles we need to
Share with others because
Bush shut down our needle exchange,
And we're his in-laws.

He's convinced we should suffer
Just for the drugs that we do.
Why'd he care if our needles
Spread AIDS from us to you?

Used needles tell tales
And leave such sad trails
Behind each new buy –
But why's he want us to die?

We're the gays in his party,
And abortionists, too –
We're all born-again users
Sharing needles with you.
