Neocon Clowns
(To be sung to Stephen Sondheim's song
"Send In The Clowns")
(Isn't it rich? Are we a pair?)

You must love war.
What's there to fear?
You thought that they'd want what you want –
What a bum steer,
You neocon clowns –
So where are you clowns?
Are you still here?

Isn't it sad?
When there's a war,
The people who fight and get killed
aren't the ones who want more.
More neocon clowns?
And where are those clowns?
They're planning next year.

Send them the bill.
What did it cost
In terms of good will and the lives
   that both sides have lost?
Because of those clowns,
Those neocon clowns,
With nothing to fear.
